Can I preview first?

Yes. Once it arrives we send a photo of the planned layout on WhatsApp for your approval.

Will the engraving fade?

No. The laser alters the metal itself — no ink involved.

How much is shipping?

Not charged upfront. Return shipping is paid to the courier when the parcel reaches your address in Indonesia. Shipping to us is covered by the sender.

What if it is damaged in transit?

Use an insured service. While the medal is in our studio, damage caused by us is our responsibility.
